The List Is Finished

The order is sorted and I'm in the process of reviewing the sites. I've decided not to even link to the Nazi site I found, so if people are interested in it, they'll have to go looking themselves.

Twisted News

Topical Jokes on this site, which is pleasant to the eye, though slightly cluttered with Ads. Their irreverent take on the news is a constant delight. What's bad about it? Well... it's not especially useful or especially good use of time... though perhaps that's good.

For Wimps?

A myriad of links to videos which may disturb you at Wimp.com.

Sack the web designer

Panels of graphics for every corner of the page. Random icons which link back to the main page. Links to an external site for all content. This might be a placeholder or under construction... it's definitely horrible. Drop Dead - the Argentinian band.

A Total Pantomime

Siefriend and Roy's website is quite simply a load of marketing with no substance.

Crap to put in your blog

Memes to add to a blog... thing is, memes are supposed to be good. Blogthings has a collection of the others.

Pimping your schoolmates

The problem with Friends Reunited is that they charge you to contact people with whom you lost touch for a very good reason. They also encourage you to lie about yourself and go online to have a shufty at other people's lies. Overall, it's a very bad idea.

A multitude of timewasting pointlessness

Triggur.org - timewasting traps.

Get Down Shep

This site promises a lot, but the cracks begin to show. ShepCollies.dk.

It's melting my brain

This website is quite simply a contradiction in terms: www.amish.net. They can't be hosting it from the back of horse-drawn carriages, surely?

Aptly Named

The aptly names 4 cheap CDs.com has about 4 CDs in each category. The prices look good, but the site looks very basic. Perhaps this is one to go to as a final check that you can't buy that CD cheaper from CD-WOW, Play or Amazon.

One of many ad-led placeholder sites

Maybe you're trying to find out stuff about David Blunkett and so you google him, find there's a DavidBlunkett.org.uk and then find it's nothing more than a bunch of ads.

Annoying.

Stick on beard anyone?

Maybe you could buy that at TalibanReunited.com.

What's Biting Their Beans?

This New Zealand based Soy website seems to have a bee in its bonnet about it. They've even enlisted Darth Vader to speak for them.

Tip-ical

Here's a site run by the whingers of the service industry. Stained Apron - why being served food is a form of low-budget terrorism, apparently.

Encyclopedia, brief and full of ads

It ain't no wikipedia - Infoplease.com.

Hotbot, which I remember as one of the original web search engines, is simply not. No way. NotHotBot.

No words on this site at all

How to fold a dollar to predict 911. Clear A Path for this weird and wonderful site.

Another crazy

This guy believes that he's involved in something akin to The Truman Show. My feeling is that he's mentally ill.

Nasty and Offensive

This page is not to be viewed by anyone - "Fun under the swastika" - no way!

They're Sayin' Stuff About Google

Do we really need a site with Google-related rumours.

Got Some Idle Time

Then you could participate in the Distributed.net lottery. Well... it's more a futile effort to prove nothing.

Virtual Pizza

Idle-time

The Stand Alone conversation forums. Waste of time and space. Looks rotten.

Smile, though your heart is aching

Or maybe use one of these tacky Smileys from SmileyCentral.

Too two dimensional?

A bunch of 2D Games.

Professor Hawking even likes this

There are a lot of easy jokes about Stephen Hawking, this site has some of the harder ones: MC Hawking.

More Pseudo Religion

Feeling Flat

Flatmate needed? Need somewhere to live? Don't try Flatmateclick.

The One With All The Friends

Here is a Friends Fan Site which has very little going for it. Bad design, limited content and a sense of it being rather out of date.

It might be satiric

But it's also truly awful - Comic Sans Appreciation Society.

Monday, May 01, 2006

The talent is definitely lacking

Success does not necessarily mean being any good, or worthy of support - see Jonathan King's website for evidence of this.

University Of Bleeding Obvious

The University of The Bleeding Obvious - a website full of... well... isn't it obvious?

M. Kelly

Michael Kelly's website - an opinionated and hard to read junkyard of text-only context.

Love of spam?

Not a love of the nasty unsolicited email, but, instead a love of the bizarre pink meat. Spam.com.

CNPS

Consecutive number plate spotting is a pursuit that will destroy your mind. The site is not especially well put together, though it is simple. The leaderboard is a bit useless in that it shows people who have completed the game at the top - and you can never get there.

Seems vaguely racist to me

Engrish - when people from Asia don't quite understand the English words that they like.

Religious Blow-out

The inflatable church - surely not a let down for anyone.

Four Word Film Review

The four word film review - takes someone's hard work and reduces it to minimalist oblivion.

Simply The Best

It may be the Best Page In The Universe but that doesn't make it any good.

A Mistake To Visit

People with too much time on their hands write about the errors found in movies. With terrible design and adverts all of the place, this is something of a dog's dinner:

Movie Mistakes

Tablature-tastic

A truly inadequate collection of guitar tabs here.

For more lyrics than you can shake a stick at

Don't go to Lyrics Connection. It's obsolete and doesn't even have a beatles lyric on it. Weird!

Poor Lady Mondegreen

Database of misheard lyrics - why would anyone celebrate their inadequacy?

Smashing!

Another waste of everyone's time - Smash My iPod.

Content-free

The Uncyclopedia - an encyclopedia of the bizarre and the pointless.
